Who MDM helps
Devices, users, policies and events are brought together in one console, with no manual reconciliation between systems.
Connect devices, assign settings and apps, and monitor the entire fleet.
Defines mandatory policies, verifies compliance and reviews administrator activity.
Manage corporate and employee-owned devices across offices, branches and regions.

Problems it solves
MDM turns a fragmented device fleet into a managed system with consistent policies and clear ownership.
Inventory links devices to users, groups and tags, while status data is consolidated in one console.
Configurations, policies and apps are assigned to groups and applied centrally.
Compliance monitoring and alerts quickly reveal deviations, unreachable devices and important events.
How device management works
The administrator defines policies once, assigns them to groups, then monitors their application through statuses, events and violations.
Android is enrolled through the proprietary DPC and a QR code; iOS uses a management profile. Corporate and personal devices are supported.
The device is linked to a user, group and tags. Configurations, policies, apps and certificates are applied centrally.
The console shows connectivity, battery level, management profile, installed apps, policy compliance and event history.
The administrator can sync or lock a device, change its PIN, install apps and, when necessary, remove the work profile or corporate data.
MDM capabilities
Administrators manage the device lifecycle, access, apps and events in one workspace.
Enroll Android and iOS, assign owners and BYOD, COPE or COBO modes, move devices between groups and retire them from management.
Model, OS, serial data, connectivity, battery, management profile, installed apps and device history in one record.
Accounts, directory synchronization, group assignments, tags and role-based administrator access.
Centralized Wi‑Fi, access, system restriction and work profile settings assigned to users and groups.
Encryption and password requirements, root or jailbreak detection, DPC activity monitoring and remediation deadlines.
Google Play, RuStore and corporate APK catalog. Apps can be available, required, allowed or blocked.
One or more approved apps, system restrictions and a dedicated workspace for terminals and specialized devices.
Android enrollment by QR code, work profile management, policy enforcement and agent version control.
Sync, lock, PIN change, silent push, app installation or removal, and device or work profile wipe.
Assignments, violations and policy history quickly identify devices missing the required configuration and track remediation.
Event log and alert rules via email, push, corporate messengers or webhooks to external systems.
LDAP, Android Enterprise, APNs, SCEP, Apple Business Manager, access tokens and a transparent administrator activity trail.
Client apps
Device Policy connects an Android device to MDM and enforces policies. The MDM app displays the profile, available apps, incoming files and device information.
Security
Policies are enforced centrally, actions are logged and administrator access is protected by authentication.
Questions and answers
Answers about device enrollment, ownership models, security policies and corporate data management.
MDM is designed for corporate Android and iOS devices. It supports BYOD, COPE and COBO; the available policy set depends on the platform, operating system version and selected management mode.
The administrator creates a configuration and selects an enrollment method. Android devices can be enrolled through the proprietary DPC by QR code or manually; iOS uses supported Apple mechanisms and assigned profiles.
In a BYOD scenario, management is limited to the work profile: corporate apps, data and security settings. The employee’s personal files, photos and messages are not exposed in the administration console.
Apps are published in the corporate catalog or assigned centrally. Configurations, restrictions, networks and certificates are grouped into policies and applied to users, groups or devices.
Depending on the management mode, an administrator can lock the device, change its PIN, revoke access, remove the work profile or wipe a corporate device. All commands and events are logged.
First, the device types, security requirements and one or two workflows are documented. The team then configures a test environment, enrolls a pilot group, validates policies and agrees on a production launch and support plan.
